Accessing the CAS Student Orientation

I. Login to Desire2Learn
1. Open your Internet Browser and go to http://learn.ou.edu

2. Enter your Username (OUNET ID/ 4+4) and password

3. Click <Login>

ll. Self-Register for the CAS Online Orientation
1. Click <Self-Registration>

2. Click <CAS Online Orientation Course>
2. Click CAS Online Orientation Course
3. Click <Register>
3. Click Register
4. Fill in all fields of the Registration Form
4. Fill in all fields of the Registration Form
5. Click <Submit>

6. Click <Finish> once you have confirmed the information is correct

7. Click <Done> to complete Self-Registration and return to the D2L homepage

lll. Complete the CAS Online Orientation
1. Click on <CAS ONLINE ORIENTATION COURSE> under the "CAS ONLINE" heading of "My OU D2L Courses"

2. Read the News Item "READ THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FIRST!" on the Course Homepage

3. Click <Content> to access course materials

4. Click “Click Here to Begin”
4. Click the link labelled Click Here to Begin

Upon completion of the Orientation, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
